Egg Fried Rice Wednesday

This turned out really yummy. The boys ate seconds and said, "UMMM!!!" the whole time. The trick is to keep the rice moving so it doesn't stick to the pan. It would help if we had our old wok back. Too bad it took up too much cabinet space!
