Menu Planning - March Madness

Ok, it's been too long since I've posted so I thought I'd share some of my menu ideas this week. March is the beginning of the craziest month in Austin so I am hoping to start it by being prepared!

Monday - Slow Cooked Pork Sandwiches (I may cheat and buy the pork already prepared at Whole Foods)
Tuesday - Bacon & Tomato Presto Pasta (yes - this is a Kraft recipe, but I plan on getting my supplies at Whole Foods, so that makes it ok, right?)
Wednesday - Broiled Salmon with Thyme and Tomatoes with a side of rice
Sunday - Seared Cod with Stuffing and Squash Casserole
