Monday - Slow Cooked Pork Sandwiches (I may cheat and buy the pork already prepared at Whole Foods)
Tuesday - Bacon & Tomato Presto Pasta (yes - this is a Kraft recipe, but I plan on getting my supplies at Whole Foods, so that makes it ok, right?)
Wednesday - Broiled Salmon with Thyme and Tomatoes with a side of rice
Thursday - Cheddar, Corn and Potato Chowder
Friday - Pineapple Teriyaki Beef
Saturday - Peruvian Soup a la Minuta
Sunday - Seared Cod with Stuffing and Squash Casserole
