Monday- Rib Eye Bison and Potatoes on the grill
Tuesday- Stir Fry Salmon with veges/noodles/peanut sauce
Wednesday- Black bean burgers and sweet potato fries
Thursday- Spaghetti Pasta (or pesto?)
Friday- Black bean chili (with corn and peas)
Saturday- Tuna and couscous
Sunday- Bison ground meat something or other (maybe slop?)
