Monday- Tuna (lots of it), couscous, carrots
Tuesday- Zucchini Enchiladas
Wednesday- East Side Pies
Thursday- Spinach and Onion Quesadillas
Friday- Fettuccine with Chickpea Tomato Sauce
Saturday- Grilled Caramelized Ginger Salmon
Sunday- Thai Garlic and Basil Salmon
