Ginger Soy Tuna, Couscous, Green beans, and Carrot Sticks Monday

I found a Ginger-Soy Flank Steak recipe and tweaked it for tuna (since we had a lot of tuna in our fridge). It was pretty good... I may cut back on the rice vinegar next time, but it was still pretty good. We added curry couscous, canned green beans (ack- no one liked those), and some fresh carrot sticks. Lord knows I bought enough of them at Costco today... probably a 5 or 10 lb bag!!!
