Okay, well the 2 lbs of HUGE shrimp I bought Sunday didn't smell right to dad. Soooo... we decided on plan B... Ikea meatballs warmed in cream of mushroom soup and placed on top of some whole wheat rotini noodles. It was pretty good for a quick meal!! The broccoli was steamed.
