Salmon Cakes with Spicy Mustard Wednesday

I made some mini salmon cakes- with celery, onions, bread crumbs, cheese, salmon, and spices. they turned out really well, although I made them mini-size and cooked them a little too long. The boys ate every bit of theirs and so did hubby and I! Unfortunately, the only thing I made to go on the side was some spicy mustard dipping sauce. We need more veggies than just the celery in the salmon cakes. Grocery shopping tomorrow most likely!!

Here's what I sent with Chaz for lunch today. He ate all of the meatballs, 1/2 of the apple, and all of the sweets (of course). He's asked to buy his lunch tomorrow and Friday as they give free ice cream on Fridays when you buy your lunch.
