Wednesday- Peruvian Sopa a la Minuta and salad
Thursday- Grilled Mozzarella Sandwich with Tomato Basil Soup and Salad
Friday- Fish Sticks, Tartar Sauce, Tater Tots and Salad
Saturday- Hickory Smoked Salmon with Grilled Onions/Squash and Salad
Sunday- Salmon Burgers and tater tots (if we have some left over)
