Salmon Cakes, Salad, and Green Beans Monday

For dinner, I made the usual salmon cakes (you can search my blog for the recipe), as well as a salad, and some yummy Italian green beans (cooked in water, then added to olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, a dash of sugar, chopped onion, and a few mint leaves).
